The Haier Split System separates the heat pump unit from the cylinder, giving you placement flexibility that an all-in-one unit can’t offer. With 4.58kW of heating capacity, operation down to -15°C, and a boost function for high-demand days, it suits large families and colder climates that need reliable, high-volume hot water year-round.
Heat pump technology reduces energy use by 64–68% compared to a traditional electric resistance water heater, by drawing heat from the surrounding ambient air. Based on Zones 1 to 5 in AS/NZS4234.
An impressive 4.58kW heating capacity means fast hot water recovery for large families. The boost function using the 2.6kW element ensures hot water on high-demand days — without ever running out.
The split system operates reliably from -15°C to 45°C — a significantly wider range than most all-in-one units. Ideal for colder climates and elevated Illawarra properties that experience more extreme winter temperatures.
The heat pump unit and cylinder are separate components. Position the heat pump outdoors away from noise-sensitive areas, and the cylinder indoors or outdoors in a discrete location. Pre-charged refrigerant pipe included to 5 metres.
Eligible for federal Small-scale Technology Certificates, reducing your upfront cost. State rebates including NSW ESCs and Victorian VEECs may also apply. We handle all the paperwork.
