The Dux Ecosmart Pro-Series 270L combines a powerful 3.6kW R290 compressor with a proven copper wraparound condenser design to deliver fast hot water recovery and up to 75% less energy than a standard electric water heater. Ideal for larger households and colder climates.
With a COP of 4.7 at 20°C ambient, the Pro-Series 270L uses up to 75% less energy than a standard electric water heater. Replace an off-peak electric system and save up to $610 off your electricity bill every year.
The powerful 3.6kW compressor heats 77 litres of hot water per hour using the heat pump alone. A full 270L tank from 20°C to 60°C takes just 3.5 hours at 20°C ambient temperature.
Heat pump operates from -5°C to +43°C. The backup electric element provides heating in very low ambient conditions and for single-shot boost applications, ensuring hot water all year round.
Set up to 2 daily timer schedules via the tank-mounted controller to align with solar PV generation or low-cost solar sponge tariffs. Heat your water for virtually nothing during peak solar hours.
Eligible for STCs, NSW Energy Savings Certificates, Victorian VEECs, and the Solar Victoria Solar Homes Program. We handle all the paperwork and pass the saving directly to you.
